Reservations, bookings, and purchases

A supplier that is an air carrier is required to make available to the public the terms of its contract of carriage, and we make available the fare rules for all air carrier tickets before purchase.

The circumvention of an air carrier's rules, including practices such as back-to-back ticketing (purchasing two or more tickets with overlapping travel dates in order to circumvent minimum stay requirements) and hidden-city ticketing (purchasing tickets including segments which the purchaser does not intend to use in order to circumvent an air carrier's pricing structure), is prohibited by many air carriers. The use of prohibited ticketing practices may result in the air carrier taking actions including the cancellation of the ticket, denied boarding, revocation of frequent flier miles and other benefits, additional charges to the purchaser's credit card, additional charges collected at the airport, or future invoicing.

All Guests, including children and infants, must present valid identification at check-in. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate travel documents at all times.
All Indian Airlines tickets will be delivered depending on city in 24hrs/ 48 / 72 hours working days. All uncheck special fares on Indian Airlines "fare basis UF" booking class X are non refundable tickets.
Rescheduling Date Change Penalty. Date Change Penalty shall be equal to the amount which includes  (airline cancellation fees) + Rs.100 (our charges) + difference in airfare (if any).

How do I cancel my ticket?

The Penalty will be waived off only in case of death of passenger or family member (Death Certificate Required). The Penalty will not be waived if upgrading to a higher Class. The cancellation penalties mentioned above may vary if the cancellation is not done as per the set guidelines.

Eligibility. The fare is only applicable if booked online.

Group Requirements. The above fare is an individual fare and does not qualify for group/any other type of discounts. The group discount applies on a minimum of 10 or more adult passengers traveling together. For group discounts please call 1800 102 9200 or 1800 22 4044..  Toll free.

Until the payment is realized in full, the booking is subject to cancellation by the airline or Namasteyindia.com without prior notice.

If the payment is not approved on given credit card number (s), the customer will be notified as soon as possible. In such a scenario the customer needs to speak to the credit card company, or provide alternate credit card number, or change mode of payment as applicable. Should there be any error on the booking/ticket, the customer should report the same within 24 hours of getting the confirmation email or product receipt, the former holding priority.

NamasteyIndia.com is not responsible for loss/damage of shipment by the courier company.

NamasteyIndia.com is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but will inform the customer of the same.

Amendment and Cancellation policy
To amend/cancel your ticket, kindly contact a NamasteyIndia customer care officer on India Toll Free 1800 102 9200 or 1800 22 4044. Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using NamasteyIndia Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.

How do I get a refund after canceling my ticket?

After canceling your booking, you will need to send us the ticket (in original, in case of paper tickets) to the following address:

On receiving the ticket, the refund shall be processed within 10 working days from the date of receipt. In case of e-Tickets, the refund shall be processed within 10 working days from the date of the cancellation request being made. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card only. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 10 working days from date of receipt of ticket.

What are the cancellation / Amendment charges?

The customer must read individual airline specific terms and conditions in order to find out if the ticket proposed to be booked/purchased is subject to any additional cancellation fee or charge and NamasteyIndia assumes no liability whatsoever in this regard.

Note: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact NamasteyIndia for refunds and the airline will not refund your tickets booked on the Website.

The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline. Refund would be through cheque or demand draft.

In case you avail of the Website's hotel reservation service and are, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the hotel reservation selected by you will stand cancelled and NamasteyIndia would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard.

Disputes

If any dispute arises between you and NamasteyIndia during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the Terms and Conditions, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by NamasteyIndia. The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
